You can use the temperature and digital display to set the right temperature manually. There are no pre-set programs unfortunately. Simply follow the temperature guide above. The temperature is set at increments of 5 degrees. The kettle lets you boil and hold the desired temperature for up to an hour. When in use the blue LED lights up offering a nice glow in the water effect.
